Syed Azmin Syed Nor earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Berkeley, United States of America.
He founded CDC in 1999, an e-commerce service provider, and Puncak Semangat Sdn. Bhd, an investment holding company. With a state-of-the-art technology, CDC was awarded with the exclusive right to develop, operate and transfer the first-of-its-kind electronic procurement system for the Government of Malaysia, a national-scale project under the Electronic Government initiative. He initially served as a Director of the company before being appointed Executive Chairman in 2009. His current directorship within the Puncak Semangat Group includes Puncak Hartanah Intelek Sdn Bhd and Puncak Tegap Sdn. Bhd. He is also the Executive Chairman of Puncak Semangat Sdn Bhd and Puncak Semangat Technology Sdn Bhd. He expanded the Puncak Semangat Group to venture into various industries, i.e. Puncak Hartanah Intelek Sdn. Bhd. to provide building management services; Puncak Semangat Technologies Sdn. Bhd. to provide consulting services on human capital management, finance and treasury management, legal and corporate secretarial as well as procurement management; PTSB to undertake e-Tanah project which is also part of the Electronic Government initiative; and CDC International Sdn. Bhd. to provide electronic procurement system consultancy services to international market, state governments and corporations nationwide.
Prior to founding Puncak Semangat Group, between 1984 and 1988, he was involved in several business ventures including housing development, manufacturing and international trade. He was named Director of Amtek Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, in 1987 before being appointed Executive Chairman in 1997. He also holds various positions in several companies, including Tradewinds (Malaysia) Berhad and United Malayan Land Berhad where he serves as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.
Nigel Lee holds a Bachelor of Science from Campbell University North Carolina, USA (1993). He has over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry specialises in system design and development.
He founded TechnoDex Berhad in 2003 and successfully listed the company in the ACE Market in 2006, which earned him the Ernst & Young Malaysia Technology Entrepreneur Award in 2007.
Nigel started his career at Software Alliance as an Analyst Programmer, thereafter Lingui Berhad as a System Analyst, focusing on ERP system design and development for manufacturing, retail and banking systems.
Nigel was appointed as the CEO of PTSB in 2019. Previously served as the Chief Technology Officer from 2011 to 2018. Prior to PTSB, he was the Senior Manager of Technology in Commerce Dot Com Sdn. Bhd. from 2001 to 2006. Nigel led the pioneer e-Tanah team who initiated the project, negotiated the terms and conditions with the GoM, formulated the end-to-end project development and implementation. He also led the Migration Team for the data and system migration for ePerolehan project and led the technology division to formulate a new version of ePerolehan system which was a success and generated huge transactions. Under his excellent leadership, e-Tanah has won the Gold Award under public sector category for ASEAN ICT Awards 2018.
Salina Isa holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) form University of Hull, England. She has been involved in the end-to-end process of concession projects with total project value of RM1.3bil.
Her extensive scope covers business development, project management, client relationship, contracts management and negotiation and human resource planning.
Started her career in Hong Leong Assurance Berhad as a Business Planning Executive, assisted COO on budget planning, presentation and implementation, she then moved to the Institute Bank-Bank Malaysia as the Continuing Professional Executive, in charge of training programs for bankers.
Since 2003, she specialises in the ICT industry. Started in CDC as the Manager of Change Management in 2000. She then moved to TechnoDex Solution Sdn. Bhd. as the Director of Professional Services, her role includes managed multiple project teams in product and turnkey software development projects, managed key accounts, manage project lifecycle, plan and monitor project budgets, business development, managed human resources and designed internship program.
Today she is the Director of Operations and Project Management Office in PTSB, a pioneer team lead for the development of e-Tanah project. She managed and executed business development activities as part of the lobbying process of the e-Tanah project, the principal interface between the GoM and the company.
Muhayan Zakaria is a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) (1997) and holder of Bachelor of Social Science in Accounting and Finance (1995) from University of Wales, Aberystwyth, United Kingdom.
He has served PTSB for 7 years since 2012, now he is the Director of Corporate Services, responsible for the costing and financial matters for e-Tanah project during the proposal to the GoM. Prior to that he was the Senior Manager of Finance in MSC Technology Centre Sdn. Bhd. from 2008 to 2012, Finance Manager in Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MDeC) (2007) and Head of Finance in PECD LLC (2007).
His core competencies in the areas of Finance and Corporate Service includes overseeing group financial matters, monitoring key performance indicators, group credit controller, monitor project costs and profitability, monitor internal controls and reporting performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Su Shin Cheow is a holder of Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication with First Class Honour from University of Liverpool.
He acquired over 20 years of experience in delivering various types of application platforms for private and public sectors.
He started his career in Maxis as a Software Engineer in 1997 and has spent 3 years there.
He joined PTSB in 2013 and is the Director of Technology. Prior to that he was the Chief Technology Officer in TechnoDex Berhad served the company for 10 years.
His core competencies are managing requirements. programming, testing and R&D to deliver solutions to customers, design enterprise large scale J2EE solutions, performance tuning for complex integration requirements and provide consultancy.
His past accomplishments include Property Information System Malaysia (PRISM), NAPIC, JPPH, Telekom Smart School System, B-Smart Telematics Platform, ePerolehan Version 2, Mobile Wallet, Digi Online Customer Service Portal Version 2, Police Report System (PRS) for PDRM, etc.
Md. Alias Bin Ibrahim graduated from University of Malaya with B.A. (Hons) in Economics.
He has over 30 years of experience, working in the Ministry of Economic Affairs under the Prime Minister’s Office and land offices in the state of Pahang.
He held high level position in the land offices in Pahang and was subsequently appointed as the District Officer in Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Cameron Highlands. He was later appointed as the Director of National Institute of Land and Survey under Ministry of Water, Land and Nature Resources in 2011 prior to his retirement.
Prior to joining PTSB as the advisor and subject matter expert in 2012, he was the Chairman of the pioneer e-Tanah project that went live in Penang, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan from 2005 to 2010.
Ab. Aziz Bin Ismail graduated from University of Malaya with B.A. (Hons) in History.
He has over 30 years of experience working in land offices in the state of Perak and Pahang. He also held the position as the Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Defense. He held high level position in the land offices in Perak and Pahang during his tenure in the public sector. He was later appointed as the Deputy District officer of PTG KL in 2013.
Prior to joining PTSB as the advisor and subject matter expert in 2013, he was the Deputy Chairman of the pioneer e-Tanah project that went live in Penang, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan from 2008 to 2012.
